​Terry serves as Senior Advisor to Flywheel Government Solutions, providing clients with international business development and advisory services. Terry is a skilled international marketing and sales executive, currently advising several U.S. energy and infrastructure related clients to develop and execute international strategic marketing/sales strategies.

Prior to joining Flywheel, Terry served as Global Sales Director for The Spancrete Group. In this role, Terry worked closely with senior U.S. and foreign government trade officials, U.S. trade-related agencies, and foreign embassies in Washington. He was instrumental in implementing an international market penetration strategy for Spancrete in over 20 emerging markets, resulting in continuous annual growth between 2002 and 2013.

Before his time at Spancrete, Mr. Dittrich founded and served as President of International Business Resources, Inc., an international consulting group specializing in assisting US companies to penetrate the emerging markets of the former Soviet Union.

In addition to his role with Flywheel, Terry serves on the International Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC) within the US Department of Commerce and the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation’s International Trade Advisory Group. He is also a board member of the Wisconsin District Export Council (DEC), a member of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Association of Commerce’s China Council, and an advisor to international department and faculty of the Waukesha County Technical College.

 

Terry is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned a B.A. in International Economics. Additionally, Mr. Dittrich holds an M.A. in International Economic Policy from The American University School of International Service in Washington, DC. He currently lives in Wisconsin with his wife, Krista, and his son, Turner.
