Jim Driscoll is a Senior Advisor with Flywheel Government Solutions, bringing over 15 years of government, public and regulatory affairs experience.

Prior to his consulting work, Jim worked for Independent Pharmacy Cooperative, the nation’s largest group pharmaceutical purchasing association, where he organized and began the entity’s state government relations office.

Subsequent to IPC, Jim served as the Legislative Deputy Director for Governor Bill Ritter Jr., where he was responsible for ushering in the Governor’s legislative agenda, including the 30% renewable energy standard. After his time working with Governor Ritter, he was acting Deputy Director for Governor Hickenlooper’s Energy Office responsible for strategy and advocacy for the Governor’s energy agenda.

Jim is a registered lobbyist in several states and the District of Columbia. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Montana.
